Beyond Sonoma Valley

It’s a fact, Napa Valley is great too! So are our many other Sonoma County wine country neighbors. Best of all is that they are all within striking range for day trips from Sonoma. Here are a few pointers to get started exploring these other wonderful corners of the northern California wine country.

Napa Valley

welcome-to-napa-valleyThe towns of Sonoma and Napa are surprising close, separated by a distance of 15 miles over low rolling hills. Once you’re in Napa, you can drive-up the west side of the valley on Hwy 29, or drive-up the east side on the Silverado Trail.  At the top of Valley, in Calistoga, you can reverse directions.
